Donald Patrick Milligan was last seen on 07/09/2022 at approximately 3 a.m. on the 100 block of Marietta Ave in Pensacola, Florida.

Milligan was last seen wearing khaki shorts and a white T-shirt.

Hmmm. Pretty close to the water, a marina nearby, lots of boat docks. Is he attracted to water for some reason? Had he been to one of the bars nearby? Maybe he was seen on camera, either at one of the businesses or there are a number of homes too.

Left his home at 3 AM Saturday July 9th destined for a 24 hour Walgreens drugstore. Never returned home. Truck has been found unmolested and parked somewhere near Bayou Marcus. Wallet has been found with ID in it. Did Not Show for work (Tug Boat Captain) Wednesday July 13, 2022 This is my relative and disappearance like this is not consistent with his normal behavior.

Donnie was a childhood friend of mine, and I'm really concerned about him. I've been sick over the lack of reporting, information, and delays involved in this whole ordeal!

Body of missing man recovered in wooded area in Escambia County

The Escambia County Sheriff's Office confirmed to Channel 3 on Tuesday that the body of 47-year-old Donald Milligan was recovered on July 26 in a wooded area of Blue Angel Pkwy.

There is no cause of death at this time. The sheriff's office is awaiting results from the medical examiner's office.
