I don't know of any additional info, but did find this remembrance to her/for her in The Herald Sun (Durham, NC) 1999 Nov 29 (her birthday); she has family in NC.

I can't find her on the FDLE or NamUs. I'm thinking of submitting her to NamUs so they can confirm if she's still missing
