Full tattoo sleeve on right arm, rib cage tattoo on left forearm, both legs fully tattooed, leaves on chest on collar bone.

He had a brown backpack and was wearing gray shorts, black shirt, and white Vans.

Douglas drives a blue 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 PU with Florida plate 30CDCK. The truck has a sticker in the back window.
