I believe he's been a resident of Florida for over 10 years. I found a traffic ticket for him (vehicule registration, not driving infraction) when he was living in Floral City in 2012 (Case Number 2012 CT 000039 closed) and a dismissed minor civil case (monetary) from 2023 with an Inverness address. (Case Number 2023 CC 000019 )
