Mims' car, a 2007 Cadillac CTS, was found unlocked and empty April 1 on Lakewood Drive.

He seems to be a wanted fugitive. No valid drivers license to be driving the car.

He does have an open felony case in Escambia County. Hopeful that the world he was in that got him into trouble is not the reason he disappeared. Maybe he would be running from this case or life that he was in??

The woman accused of killing a missing Pensacola man and burying him in her grandmother's backyard will be extradited to Escambia County.

I was incarcerated in Massachusetts on the same unit with Desiree while she was awaiting extradition back to FL. She is guilty as sin and fully admits that she killed him (she's almost proud of it- when she would argue with people shed tell them she would bury them in her grandma's backyard just like she did to the guy she killed). However her account of what happened is different than the news. She says that he raped her, so she killed him. Her girlfriend completely gave her up and told the police everything in exchange for immunity.

Desiree Tedder will also be on trial. Tedder is facing a first-degree murder charge for killing Drulmauert Mims in March of 2017

Investigators say his body was found nearly three months later buried in the backyard of Tedder's grandmother's home on Sullivan Road.

Tedder had to be extradited here from Massachusetts.
