Missing Individual

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for Earnest Ray Overcash and we are seeking the community’s assistance in ascertaining his safety. Officers responded to the 1100 block of Barrs Street to the report and were advised that the victim left his residential facility around 7:00 am on July 8, 2019. The victim advised employees he was going for a walk and has yet to return. This is said to be out of character for the victim.

He has been identified as:

Earnest Ray Overcash
59 Years old
5’11” / 180
Green eyes / Gray hair
Unknown clothing description
