Marion County man missing after car spotted crossing several state lines

MISSING ENDANGERED EMERY MCINTOSH
Emery was last seen on June 10, 2018 at around 1:00pm at his home located at 3238 NE 49TH CT in Silver Springs. Emery’s family received several toll violations that show Emery’s vehicle in the following states: New Jersey, Delaware and Kansas. They then received notice that the vehicle had been towed on June 21, 2018 in Oakland, California where it had been sitting for a few days. At this point, we are unable to determine if Emery was in the vehicle during the times the vehicle went through the tolls. If anyone has seen Emery or has any information, please call 911.

Wow, that vehicle went through the entire US. Don't they take pics of the car/driver at most tolls? I may be wrong... we have never had toll roads in the states I have lived, but I was under the impression that they do.

I haven't been able to confirm every toll booth in these states have cameras but the ones that do take a picture of the front and back of the vehicle. Additionally, a short video is taken of the underneath of the vehicle. This is to ensure the operator is being billed correctly. Certain toll booths have the technology, which have certain missing person cases in their databases, If the system detects a match, a county dispatcher will be alerted and notify the nearest law enforcement officer.
I wonder where exactly in these states the car passed through.
