Deputies said Sascha Engel, 39, and Alyssa Engel, 37, both of Riverview, forced a 16-year-old to engage in sexual acts on April 27. An arrest report says the fire lieutenant directed the boy to perform different sexual acts on his wife. It happened when the teen was staying over at the couple’s Riverview home.
