Ironically, I have been making decisions, researching and sleuthing here long before nearly all the "youtubers" became a factor on all these cases. So many repeating information we have already discussed here....so I pretty much ignore most of them.
(don't even know how to "subscribe & like", guess I'm not contributing to their ratings or algorithms.) Some of the legal technical discussions are way over my head and no doubt impressive legal argument theory. The "chink in the armor" is that most of the jurors who are going to decide the guilt or innocence of the accused individuals are going to be more like me. Just because a person leaves out one or two items in a complicated recipe, doesn't mean they weren't following a preplanned outcome. So far, all the arguments for why WA will not be an indictable co-conspirator has been "miniscule" compared to all the other ingredients.
If WA & DA had been tried together, DA would still be found guilty and WA just might have enough "plausible deniability" to not get convicted of 1st degree murder, LWOP. WA's last text to Danny Markel is so revealing....she knew, IMO..but not "HOW."

I remember a lawyer said it could take 1.5-2 years.

No timeline. CA filed a lengthy "Reply Brief" 13 days ago. KM appeal took almost three years to run its course in 1DCA. CA started his appeal process in January 2024 and if using KM's timeline, it could be ~January 2027 before a decision is made. If his appeal is denied in 1DCA, he could still petition the Florida Supreme Court, like SG and Adam Frasch did. Finally, you'll hear others saying that CA can also appeal to US Federal Courts.

Doesn't seem like Conspiracy to Murder should be allowed Bail either, but that's just my opinion...

I think so. I think the TV repair and subsequent trip up Trescott satisfy the elements for both Murder 1 and Cons. I'm not sure about solicitation, that confuses me a bit.

Unless Sigfredo testifies about the contents of the envelope, we can't know whether the murder was scheduled for the time of the TV repair or even for that specific date.

What the TV repair shows is a meeting of minds. 4 people (DA, WA, HA and CA) all involved in the organising of a repair of a $200 TV. Plus the numerous communications between 6 of the co-conspirators the morning of the TV repair. DA phoning WA, WA phoning phoning CA, CA phoning KM, Km phoning SG, then back down the line again.

This is a common scenario that is often used to demonstrate a meeting of minds. A sudden spike in the number of communications between the co-conspirators around the time of the murder represents strong circumstantial evidence.

They all get roughly about the same number of views on Adelson content. LYK might be getting slightly more views. Joel and Tim Jansen have been on LYK. And CS used to be on STS regularly doing a "100 reasons Wendi's guilty" segment with Tim J and John Singer but Tim J disagreed with CS and things below up and CS stopped appearing on STS.

I'm missing your point. CS just doesn't have as much clout as those others, to include starting false rumors. And in searching further, CS doesn't even seem to be monetized on the platform peddling odds and ends promoting the channel for $. So much attention on here toward CS having no reach. So much attention that I had to see what all the ado regarding him was about, and I didn't find anything profound. Also, comparing statistics, what I see does not equate with what you present. JMOO

I've dissected and analysed the evidence ad nauseam and can't see how she can't be charged with something. There is a massive amount of circumstantial evidence that implicates WA. Even the jury members in DA's trial were convinced of her guilt with only a small amount of relevant evidence to ponder over. But, I struggle to understand the lengthy delays in arresting her. Should it really take this long?
