• Donna lies telling that she believes all of the good attributes of her murder victim Dan Markel after calling him Jibber, As$h0le, and attempting at his life multiple times until having him killed
• And, Harvey is just giving false testimony accusing others of lies while insulting the Judge and the Jurors

It is hoped, Harvey is next to be indicted, tried, convicted and sentenced to LWOP for his alleged role as described in the PCAs and transcripts of 4 trials! FBI Special Agent Pat Sanford was in room 3G during the bizarre sentencing of Donna. Harvey is the low hanging fruit Agent Sanford, while the world await for more direct evidence against State labeled co-conspirator Wendi!

Can anybody speak to locations of women’s prisons in Florida? The judge agreed to suggest placement for Donna away from KM. And also to put in his word for Donna to be placed near Miami, though he noted these decisions are the purview of the Florida department of corrections. What about KM, who has children she could see on visits if she is close to Miami? Is Donna going to receive preferred placement over KM? Is she going to receive undeserved entitlement over KM because of her age and social status? Donna deserves no such privilege, no such preference. She set this into motion, she shows no remorse.

I would have loved DA to take the stand and be eviscerated by GC. She disputed in her sentencing the states claim she was outside CA's house (cell phone data). So where was she all that time?? GC would have ripped her apart.

Very typical of their circle of shallow friends. People like the A's are not capable of healthy relationships and will seek out like-kind people to call their friends, all JMO.

Having 10 grandchildren myself ages 18-35, through the years although we love each other, there are some of these kids who my hub and I naturally feel closer to because we geographically live near them to participate in their lives. Facetime, Zoom, etc. is not the same thing. All to say that for us, though not convenient, it has helped and we, their parents and the kids have tried be involved as much as possible. Never missed the big stuff like certain birthdays, graduations and now weddings and babies.

My point is that DA needed those kids to be in her hip pocket and now WA is living far away from even HA. Not to mention the Markels.

IMO, it will depend on these boys as they mature as to if they feel the need to stay close or reconnect with anyone. As far as the Markels, as much as they want the boys to live with or near them, IMO, it is unrealistic for them to think they will be able to instill in these boys at this late date in their lives what may have happened naturally over the years had they always been there.

Kids and young adults today tend to gravitate to their friends and even their friends families for comfort and connection when it is missing in their own family. Who knows?

It's hard to believe that Donna spent 50k to 100k on the hit without Harvey's approval or even knowledge. It's unlikely that he left any proof behind. If only there were a way to get them all to rat on each other.

I don't see the DOC giving in to the request of placing DA where she wants to go. At least not right away. All inmates want to be closer to home I would imagine.

I'm very surprised at what took place in the courtroom yesterday. I've never seen that before. I'm surprised the judge, seemingly a no nonsense type of guy allowed it in the first place. GC had no responses or questions, not surprising, a meh to the whole bunch. I can only hope there is more to come in this case. HA and WA need to answer for something. To think this happened right under their nose in this incestuous family and HA or WA not know is unbelievable.

I'm sure the DA's office in Tally is sick of them, but it can't be over. Lesser charges for HA and WA but something, tax evasion. IRS, perjury, etc.. Others generally have been brought down for less in society.

This show was for the grandchildren. But they failed miserably. I can't stop feeling disgusted with this couple, they deserve each other so much. Donna started her last speech about how great Dan was and ended it with a tantrum about how unfair the world was to her. I can't get over Harvey's speech, how dare he talk and lie about the Markel family. But what's the point, they're killers. At one point I even felt sorry for Charlie, he was only needed for the dirty work, and now they can throw him under the bus.

Since Wendi does not speak to her mother anymore, Donna had to figure our a way to "dramatically memorialize" her version of the story for Dan's sons. It was the ultimate "See what I have done for you!" Donna-the-Martyr-of-Miami:
Whenever her little speech is replayed, it should always include the absolute evidence of her involvement, the immediate call to her co-conspirator Charlie Adelson "THIS TV IS GOING TO COST FIVE. "
That simple sentence solidified her financial involvement, her knowledge of code words and her partner(s) in crime.
I found it interesting to watch and hear her acting range. No more need for "hearing devices", No need for a wheel chair, No more "shiver shake" , weeping without tears and throwing her head back as she side eyes the television cameras. Nope, this was just one more performance from an angry entitled old lady.... oh brother.
And Harvey? His contempt for social media didn't stop him from partaking in a free slice of pizza...oh brother.

Wow, that didn't take long for DA to be moved. DA is done with Tallahassee unless for some reason she is brought back as a witness in a future trial or if in a near-zero chance, she gets a new trial in Leon County. HA can go ahead and rent a condo in Ocala now.
