Over the many years it would seem likely, that someone with the interests he had and a victim(s) under total control, would produce his own child to be exchanged over the internet. Any additional information about that?

He kept the girl as a sex slave in the 70s and 80s, before the Internet so unless he was taking videos back then and he put them on the Internet in the 2000's, I wouldn't be surprised if he hadn't made his own child .

A few thoughts. Bessie, that was a great find. This case is ringing some bells for me. I swear that I remember a similar thread but I can't find it. It was concerning a man who traveled the world with an Asian child and we were all shocked at the lack of info which was released. I'll keep looking. I also found this clip at your link which shows England's depth of perversion:

"...While in California, England continued to sexually assault the victim. England also encouraged the victim to invite her friends to spend the night in their motor home. England mounted a Plexiglas box with a hidden camera in the bathroom of the motor home so that he could watch the victim and her friends in the bathtub. He also took nude photos of the young girls....."

The man has damaged so many lives for his own perverted pleasure.



And Peeples, I read about the foster care issue in Japan also and cringed. It's a proven fact (held up by study after study) that children do best staying in their countries of origin and NOT in orphanages. Foster care is the only option right now that I see and is far safer than institutional care. However, ITA with you, concerning guidelines. With the incredible need and with the Japanese people obviously wanting so badly to help, there really shouldn't be a need to bend the rules. Possibly the government can re-assign a large number of workers to run background checks and hold classes and run support groups.

I realize that in any country that suffers from a disaster of this magnitude, records will be lost but I would imagine that Japan would fare better than Haiti, as far as having cached all their criminal records. Each and every person who takes in a child, even relative children, MUST be thoroughly vetted. These little ones have been traumatized enough.

Taking care of the children, the disabled, and the elders has to be first priority. I'm so hoping that Japan makes some wise and cautious decisions.

IMO, I don't think it wouldn't be that difficult to convert from an older format to a current one. And if the perv producing it didn't know how to do it, there would be one who who was IT advanced.

I would think the viewers wouldn't care how old the images were, just that the subjects were children. That is why I think that some of this child has been circulated for decades.

I am not technologically adept; however, I think that if there is a will, there is a way for these pervs.

I agree, concentric. The older still images could've been converted to a digital format. But you have to wonder what he was up to during the approximately ten years between the time he moved to Miami and the time he was finally arrested in 2005. We know he didn't just cease to offend.

I am horrified by this crime - and outraged!!! This dispicable excuse for a human man was nothing but an animal with a soul that was filled with ice. This little 3 year old girl who survived and had the strength to tell what happened to her is a hero that deserves some sort of amazing recognition. The problem with giving her that recognition is that she would forever have to remember the horrid events of her past. I wish she could find her Mother because I feel that this woman would also have an amazing story to tell. I do not judge her Mother. It is easy to sit here in the comfort of my secure home, in a country that is far from perfect, but NOTHING like Vietnam was at that time. I would love to just be friends with the Hero in this story. I would be honored to be her friend. I agree with the concerns about what is going to happen to the orphaned children in Japan. I wish there was a way to help!

Believe--You are the one who started that earlier thread. I posted a link to it above. But there's another case very very much like this one that I recall from the past year or so. I noted that I didn't post on your earlier thread and I know I did on another one.

It was an older caucasian American man who was caught traveling with an small Asian child. He had a Visa for her but something was very hinky. He was charged with rape. We were all very concerned that he pleaded quickly and we couldn't find any more information. I'm very concerned that this case could have been connected. I spent a couple of hours going through old threads and can't find it.

Might be nothing but I'm certain it was another case of an Asian child purchased for the purpose of rape.

Child abuser George Joseph England died early July, 6 weeks before his 70th birthday.

In a bitter irony, hero Jackie Zudis, who he abused, has died just weeks after him, aged only 47. She passed July 24th.

Rest in peace, Jackie Zudis.
