On October 29, 2003, the skeletal remains of a Vietnamese male, Hein Van Tran, were found scattered along Pluckebaum Road in Cocoa.

Any persons providing information in reference to this case may be eligible for a reward up to $5,000.00.

Pluckebaum Road in Cocoa, FL is near I-95 but is not an exit. It dead ends into the St. John's River. Interestingly, there is a truck repair shop, a firing range, lots of mobile homes, RV and camping areas along here. Not exactly a shady place at all.

Unsolved Homicide of Hein Van Tran

HeinVanTran,30s ' Date found: Oct. 29 Arrests: None Location: Along Pluckebaum Road The case: Investigators found a skull and other hu- Van Tran man remains belonging to Hein Van Tran off of the pavement along Pluckebaum Road near the sheriff's work farm. So far, no motives or suspects have turned up in the death. Tran has connections to a neighborhood in northeastern Orlando known as "Little Vietnam" a tightly knit community along Colonial Drive.
