Nicolas Munoz from Chile did not do the drawing or the tattoo. I thanked him for his help.

like the tattoo of Arch Angel Michael is fig#2 which in the drawing looks like its on his Left Forearm 16_30400002[1].jpg16_30400001[1].jpg so it would be a tattoo that would be seen and remembered by anyone who knew him

I just found Michael 2 days ago.

I have never submitted anyone, I had never been in this forum until a couple of months ago.

I have an e-mail example of CarlK's and I need to communicate with both the missing and the UID contacts. And don't mention WS. Is that about right?

Yes. I just use CarlK's template and replace it with the information relevant to the case I'm submitting. In this case, I'd include a pointer directly to the drawing of the tattoo as well as to the main Namus file. I have hearing issues so I only rarely make telephone calls, but I've found having the email filled out to use as a template is a good way to organize a call when I do.

Thanks for joining us! Welcome to Websleuths! :D

Thanks carbuff. Try to make it easy for the contacts to process why it is a viable match. Appreciate the assist.

Seems I have zero memory skills anymore so e-mail is a good method for me. [emoji275]

I suspect that this UD hasn't been reported missing yet. He was just found in 16'. IMO the best bet is to show the tattoo to tattoo artists in south florida. someone would remember doing that piece. Also, I'm currently looking at all the tattoo websites in south florida to see if someone posted the picture on their web page.

Well I can't find a picture of his tattoo. :(
Not sure what avenues to pursue now.

I was thinking about the tribal wrap tattoo on his left bicep. Tribal tattoos were very prevalent during the 90s, so I'm guessing this may have been the earliest or one of the earliest tattoos that the deceased received. The sun tattoo is almost new school cartoonish, and may be the latest tattoo he received. Given that tribal wraps were popular in the 90s, it suggests that this man may have been in his late 30s or early 40s.

Based on my summations, I found this gentleman...

Edwin Brown missing from Houston TX area and last seen April or May, 2013. 41 years old at time of disappearance. MP vehicle found in Humble TX, which is adjacent to GW Bush International airport.
5'9 to 5'11" tall 160-170 lbs. Cropped short brown hair (receding hairline) and glasses. Edwin has a tribal tattoo on his upper left arm.

Just an update. I submitted Edwin Brown to Dist. 17 ME in Broward Co. last week, and haven't received a response.

This UID's original NAMUS page is now giving me a permission error .. hopefully he has been identified?

That would be great news!

I hope he's identified. I have always thought this would be a relatively easy match.
