The Boynton Beach Police Department is asking the public for information about a missing and endangered man who was last seen around 8:15 a.m., Sunday, April 20 near Oasis at Boynton Beach Assisted Living on NE 4th Street. James Tomko is 54-years-old, 5-foot-7 and approximately 240 pounds. James has light eyes, long salt and pepper hair and was last seen wearing a blue button down dress shirt, tan pants and black and white Nike shoes. James requires medication and is considered to be endangered.

He had a very minor traffic ticket in 2008 (turn violation, small fine). I mention it as it shows he was living in this area at that time, so if he's been in the area since, he is probably quite familiar even if he might have some cognitive issues related to his medical issues.
