Jennifer Tattam, 23, was seen in the area of the 2000 block of SW 20th Avenue wearing a dark red top and skinny blue jeans.
Tattam often hangs out at the Surfside Shops. Police said she has a mental illness.
She is 5-feet and 7-inches tall and weighs about 119 pounds with brown eyes and short blonde hair.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Cape Coral Police Department at (239) 574-3223 or 911.
