Troopers stopped Nunding Bartell, 28, of Wallingford, Conn., after he failed to move over on northbound Interstate 95 in Johnston County, violating the state's Move-Over law, which requires motorists to slow down or move over for standing police or emergency vehicles.

Bartell was arrested after troopers noticed blood on his hands and arms, as well as on the side of the 1994 Chrysler Concord he had been driving. The Highway Patrol said Bartell failed to produce proper identification and provided a false name to troopers.

Bartell is being held without bond at the Johnston County Sheriff's Office after Jacksonville County, Fla., authorities confirmed with them that he was wanted for questioning in connection with the discovery of a body found at a home there.

WTH? You'd think the dumbazz would have stopped to wash the blood off somewhere between FL and NC. Glad he didn't, though.
