That tattoo will be hard to hide. Particularly here in the FL heat during summer. Her traffic violation with out a license and a DUI means she’s either using the buses or someone is driving her. She’ll not qualify for the new FL Real ID without proper documentation. This is provided she’s still in the US and still alive.
