A Florida mailman is facing animal cruelty charges after a local news station shared surveillance video of him allegedly spraying three dogs with pepper spray.

Sian Andre Spence, 47, was arrested by Lauderhill police on Wednesday, Jan. 28 and booked into jail on three counts of animal cruelty, according to Broward County Sheriff's Office arrest records reviewed by PEOPLE.
