This guy is such a prize, attempted murder, drive by shooting (discharging weapon from a vehicle), child , child molester & snorting "white" powder through a dollar bill!

Lozano was arrested Wednesday on 10 felony counts related to obscene communication/child and a single count of lewd lascivious behavior victim 12 to 16 years old offender 18 or older.
