Florida Man Charged with Animal Cruelty After 2 Cat Heads Were Found on a Homeowner's Mailbox: 'Heinous Act'
A Florida man has been arrested and charged after two severed cat heads were found in a box on top of a mailbox in a neighborhood in Bonita Springs. Robert James Luther III, 37, was booked on two counts of aggravated animal cruelty and two counts of aggravated stalking.
The LCSO said “state-of-the-art” technology, including license plate readers (LPR), was used to examine the scene, and officers ultimately arrested 37-year-old Robert James Luther III.
