According to a news release, Garcia was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white shirt. She is described as weighing 100 pounds with blue eyes and red hair.

Police said Garcia has the word “Rainey” tattooed near the left side of her collarbone.

Police have described the circumstances surrounding Garcia’s disappearance as “suspicious.”

PALM BAY, Fla. — Palm Bay police are offering a reward for information that helps them find a missing woman.

She has other arrests but the most recent was an arrest for robbery and grand theft auto in late 2023. She was arrested, posted $5000 bond and had a notice to appear Dec. 19, based on the court records, that was cancelled, mail sent to her given address was "undeliverable" three days before she was reported missing. She was pulled over for driving without a license the day before she went missing, case pending. Another arraignment was on the books the beginning of January for the felony charges - also cancelled. In my opinion it's likely she jumped bond. It breaks my heart to see how quickly another can try to destroy another persons character without even knowing them.
Yes, Marissa met some not so good people and got involved with them.
Yes, she got herself into some trouble.
Marissa is still someone's child and she is needing help! Degrading her character does not help her!
Marissa is not on the run, on Dec 23, 2023 a driver (like Uber) had picked her up and dropped her off at the pines apartments in Palm Bay off of pinewood drive.
There was a woman/acquaintance waiting there for Marissa.
From that point, no one knows what happened to Marissa except for the people who were involved in her disappearance.
Marissa had $1,700. In her cash app account on her phone. There are texts between Marissa and her mother showing there were some girls at the pine apartments that knew Marissa had some money.
The money is gone and Marissa's phone was also found with a female at the pines apartments but no marisaa!
Marissa has 4 children and no matter what was going on in her life, she would have never missed Christmas with her kids.
Marissa also was in contact with her mother every day, as her mother lives in another state. There has been no contact between Marissa and her mother since she has been missing, no contact with no one and that is not like Marissa!
Marissa wanted to turn her life around, she had plans on moving out to where her mother lives for a new start. But now we have 4 children without a mother, a family without their child, without their sister.
So I beg you to please start looking anywhere and everywhere, woods, lakes, in cars, ect.
Please Marissa is out there, she needs help to find her way home.

Rainny_days - I'm sorry if my posting her court information was considered by to be an attack on her character. That was never the intent. But without any other information to go on, the media still not reporting any details, a court appearance on something serious that she failed to show at, is often, as we have seen here, due to the person being overwhelmed and leaving the area to avoid further difficulty with law enforcement. Sometimes that info will get people to looking where she might have gone to get away and often has a positive resolution for the missing person. I hope you will become a verified insider as the information you shared regarding her banking, money, phone, and others involved is NOT information the media shared, or we had to work with and would be helpful to find this young woman. We're not allowed to share what's on social media, only what is in mainstream media or official court records.

sorry so late. we had gotten off Eau Gallie from 95 south and she was on the exit ramp panhandling. It was raining pretty good and she was out there alone and it was dark, i reported the siting to Palm Bay police
