OK then, which is it? Sounds to me as if Griffin clearly accessed his victims at the school where he worked but the district swears he was never unsupervised. Never???? Are they really willing to stand by those words? Are they negating the children's disclosures?
Why won't school administrators LISTEN to children and parents when a staff member makes kids uncomfortable. WHY?????

Teacher's aide charged with 99 more counts of child pornography

"A Treadway Elementary teacher's aide being held in the Lake County Jail on eight counts of child pornography and molestation has been slapped with another 99 charges, including five accusing him of manufacturing some of the porn himself. Two molestation victims were students from the school, and sheriff's investigators believe he gained access to the children in some way because of his job. Mark Allen Griffin, 50, who worked as a caregiver in the after-school program and as a teacher's assistant, was fired after his original arrest in December...."

"....He had either volunteered or worked at the school since 1998. He also helped out with a Girl Scout troop....."

"....A number of callers to the sheriff's hotline about the situation stated that Griffin had made their children uncomfortable and they had complained about him. A spokesman for the school district has said that Griffin never was left alone or unsupervised with children while at Treadway...."
