Even though it says he is mixed and the dates are mixed up he looks fairly like him he even has a mustache just like him. They are both from Florida. They have the same age range and are around the same height.

Watson would be in the age range of the UID now, but he was only 17 at the time the UID was discovered. Additionally, you already mentioned that the dates don't coincide since the body was found more than a month before Watson disappeared.
