The yellow and green beaded bracelet could be the bracelet people receive after the "Mano de Orula" ceremony. The JD was probably initiated in Santeria and most likely Cuban.
If you walk the streets of La Habana you'll notice most of the people wear a "Orula Idè" on the left wrist and also an "Eleke" (necklace).
