His neck looks thick in the reconstruction. He probably had broad shoulders and more of a V-shaped build. He was probably cremated if I had to guess since there’s no DNA listed.

Good thought. I wonder if he was into weightlifting. If he is estimated to be 15-30 that would be common hobby for that age group. If his wisdom teeth are undecended, I'd say he's on the lower end of the age range. But he does look older perhaps 20-25 to me.

He looks about 20-25 to me too. Like a college student. I had my wisdom teeth removed at 12 so it could make me seem older. I’m actually around 16-19, not giving my age because privacy. Could have had them removed. He does look like he was an athlete. Like he played for a high school or college sports team. He does look like he was in good physical shape and worked out regularly. Probably went to the gym a lot or had a job where he moved heavy loads, like stocking bulk groceries or electronics at a store.

The name on the wall is unbelievable. I have to assume it was a dead end since he is as yet unidentified nearly 30 years later.

Very possible! Miami has an immense and diverse Hispanic/Latino population outside of Cubans as well....much more now than back in 1993 but still significant.
Of course this gentleman could be from anywhere...the location where he was found is 5 blocks west of I-95 and only about 5 blocks south of NW 79th Street which is an exit from 95.
