A 28-year-old Holmes Beach man has been reported as a missing endangered adult, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

I can't access the article linked above nor can I find a picture that had been attached to Michael's MP announcement, but here a two arrest records for a Michael Joseph Guerra. The DOB given for both arrests tally out his age to be the same age this MP Guerra would be in those particular years (MP - 28yo in June 2014; Arrest records - 29yo in Dec. 2014; 31yo 2016).
