Emily Sabogal was arrested in Sunrise, Fla., after Sunrise Police responded to the Uber driver's 911 call on Feb. 13, according to CBS Miami. She was charged with one count of child neglect and two counts of desertion of a child.
This woman is just so incredibly lucky that the Uber driver 1) wasn't some sort of creeper 2) cared enough to call for help for the children and 3) stayed with them while help was on the way rather than dropping them off at a store or something and taking off. None of those things were ANY sort of guarantee as she seems to think. MOO
