Last seen at her residence located on Pearcy Road in Springfield, Florida. Smith left the residence on foot en route to a friend's house identified only as "Shane" and would be back shortly. Smith was never seen or heard from again.

Details of Disappearance:
Smith was last seen at her home in the 2600 block of Pearcy Road on the afternoon of September 2, 2016. She left three children and her sick mother behind at home and has never been heard from again.

Smith didn't take her cellular phone or other belongings, and she didn't have access to a vehicle at the time of her disappearance. She has left home before, but never for this long. Her case remains unsolved.

If she didn’t take her phone and didn’t have a vehicle, then someone picked her up maybe? There’s a lot of green space east of that neighborhood. Has that been searched?

She didn’t have a phone idk why they wrote that in the report my mom only used a house phone
