Estimated Date of Death: April 18, 2001
State of Remains: All parts recovered; recognizable face
Cause of Death: He was struck by a car and later died at Florida Hospital East

Estimated Age: 20-40 years old
Race: Hispanic
Sex: Male
Height: 5'0"
Weight: 129 lbs.
Hair Color: Black
Eye Color: Brown
Distinguishing Marks/Features: The decedent has an old star-shaped scar on the neck-probably from a tracheostomy. There is also an old healed scar on the left leg. The decedent had black hair whihc was approximately 6" long and a black beard and mustache short in length.

Circumstances of Discovery​

The victim was located on SR 50 west of Forsythe Road in Orlando, FL. He was struck by a car and later died at Florida Hospital East. He was intoxicated and struck while attempting to cross the street. He was one of two transients attempting to cross SR 50. He was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Why is he unidentified if they have his wallet and ID? Have they determined it was not his personal effects? I wonder if the other person with him knew his identity or did that person die from being hit also. Interesting case. They could do genetic genealogy if they have the funding to do so.
