I bet this man was very uncomfortable if not in pain. He could have been losing his mobility and been unable to seek treatment.

Craig Alexander seems to have been removed from the exclusions for this UID.
The NamUs page for this Doe has been removed.
Someone on the exclusion list removed and now NamUs page down?
So can we safely assume the this man is in fact Mr. Alexander or not necessarily?
Has anyone ever seen someone removed from an exclusion list before? Could they be taking a second look at something like dentals maybe?
Last known contact for Mr. Alexander was in 1985...more than 15 years prior to the discovery of this John Doe. Long gap but...maybe?

I have seen instances where a previously ruled out MP was removed from the exclusion list, but not many cases. I remember many UIDs from Virginia used to have hundreds of exclusion and for some there are none or very few left.
I'll keep an eye on Craig Alexander's NamUs profile to see if it will be removed in the following days.
