The county records show an empty lot and taxes are current. It appears to be the original owner which is a different name than the fire victim. I won't post it since the owner is not the victim. Maybe this lady was a tenant or maybe a squatter.

The lot is vacant now and has been for years. You can find the address on Zillow and then click the link to the county website. If the fire was 2006, it must not have destroyed the entire house. Maybe the owner had it razed due to cost to rehab being too high combined with the death.

Per FLUIDDB: "Lived in a trailer with 2 other occupants."

That's interesting. The photo on the tax assessors website appears to be what we refer to as a Florida Cracker House - meaning it's a wood frame built on stilts / posts. I have seen mobile homes that have been extensively remodeled to look like a home. Maybe that is what they did here. I tried to zoom in on the photo but I'm not sure if that is a mobile home or house. The deed doesn't describe the building.

6 bodies found since 1970, have yet to be identified in Northwest Florida

Over the past five decades, officers with multiple different agencies in the northwest Florida area have found multiple bodies that they have not been able to identify.

NamUs entry was modified last week for this UP. Still no photo but there is one exclusion.

Hopefully, they were able to find NOK and are testing DNA.
