The FHP (I assume its the Florida Highway Patrol) is trying to identify the body of a man in his mid- late 20s. He has brown eyes and brown hair and most interestingly, a tattoo of an angel holding a sword. No pic. at link.

Update from same link: The young man who passed away after being hit by a car is named Bryant Michael Powell. He was 21. Rest in peace, Bryant.
