He died after a car hit him on November 14th at Madison Circle North and 4th Street North.

He was 60 to 80 years old, 5'5", about 180lbs. with white hair.

He was wearing an orange shirt night of the crash as well as the ring and shoe pictured.

The shoe is very small... size 5.5 youth.

All information is welcomed by investigators.

This is so sad. Many elderly people living in Fl live alone and have no relatives, but surely there is a neighbor or someone who could recognize and identify him.
 
Living here in the area, it is sad, but chances are being he didn't have a wallet or ID on him he is another part of the homeless population.

Victim Identified

72-year-old Richard Rosenhoch was hit and killed near Madison Circle North and 4th St. N on November 14th. At the time, he didn’t have any identification on him.
Through posts on social media, he was identified by an out-of-state relative.
We are grateful to everyone who shared the post and called/messaged us with information regarding his identity.

Oh dear I just deleted my response when I realized he was identified.. Never Mind. Oh that is great he was identified. Wow that is so great to hear that by the power of social Media he was able to be identified. Wish many more could be identified like that. May he Rest In Peace.
