Police say 15-year-old Quinton Brubaker-Gass Jr. and 16-year-old General Arnez Bryant were last seen on Wednesday in the 2400 block of Roberts Avenue in Tallahassee.


Brubaker-Gass is described as a 15-year-old male around 5-foot-8 inches tall with brown eyes and brown dreads with bleached tips. Bryant is described as a 16-year-old male around 6-feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes.

Brubaker-Gass was last seen wearing all black while Bryant was last seen wearing a red hooded jacket and dark colored sweatpants.

Jacksonville brothers get new family, new names, new life in Perry

Jacksonville brothers Tajon and Taj have never had Christmas.

No presents. No tree. No family celebration.

No family.

For most of their lives, Tajon, 14, and Taj, 12, bounced between their birth mother and foster homes. Everywhere they went, they were either mistreated or treated like visitors, or their guardians failed to adequately handle the younger brother’s autism. Meanwhile, the older brother rebelled, ran away, lived on the street for a time and at 11 found himself in the juvenile justice system.

Christmas got lost in the shuffle.

But this year will be different.

In July, Tajon and Taj were adopted into the Brubaker-Gass family of Perry, southeast of Tallahassee. They now have two parents, six siblings, a permanent home and new names they requested. Tajon is Quinton Brubaker-Gass Jr. — he had always wanted to be a junior and now goes by the name Junior — and Taj is Allen Jethro Brubaker-Gass, or AJ.
