MISSING PERSON ALERT: 20-year-old, Rachel Knowlton is missing and we need the community’s help.

Rachel has the mental capacity of a 6-year-old. She is a white female with green eyes and brown hair, wearing an unknown colored shirt, white shorts and flip flops with a turquoise purse. Rachel is approximately 5 foot tall, weighing around 185 pounds and was last seen near Halperns Way at Whitesville Landing Court in Middleburg.

Due to Rachel’s mental capacity and the severe weather moving in the area she is considered to be in danger.

During a briefing, CCSO said that a chopper and troopers will be assisting in the search.

CCSO asked the community via Twitter to help search for Rachel in their own vehicles as they are searching for her with canines.

NEWS UPDATE 6.15.2018, 9:45 AM: Rachel Marie Knowlton has been found safe. She was located in a heavily wooded ravine near Black Creek.
