I’d love to help figure out if there are unidentified remains out there that might be her, but admit I am not good with that type of search. Is there a worthwhile tutorial out there so that people can help without wasting time of LE? Some here on WS are brilliant with this, but I’m not clear what is done to find that match. Tia.

Not sure about the family and friends question..but if you think you know where she is then I think you should tell law enforcement. I imagine there's a way to submit that information anonymously if that's a concern.
