The Tallahassee Police Department is searching for Ruth "Stephanie" Navas Dubon. They say she was last seen Monday in the area of the 5700 block of West Tennessee Street.
She was wearing a black jacket with a red stripe, jeans and sandals.
She is described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds and having long, dark brown hair.
