Deputies say Sarah Vreeland was last seen on Oct. 21 walking northbound near Massachusetts Avenue and Rowan Road. She was wearing an aqua-colored tank top, blue jeans, and was carrying a white bag. Vreeland was often seen in the area of the New Port Richey Public Library near downtown New Port Richey and goes to the Salvation Army off Ridge Road to eat.

Tends to hang out around the New Port Richey Public Library in the area of downtown New Port Richey and goes to the Salvation Army off of Ridge to eat.

Apparently was seen at the Walgreens on Rowan & Mass Friday night and LE was called.

Hair is very short now per that.
