His biggest identifying factors are the near complete dentures, and IMO his clothing is very classic 'casual old man'...the lack of money extra clothes tools bedding etc makes me less likely to suggest a homeless person. some fb comments have suggested a canadian snowbird, or a family member covering up a death for continued social security payments (all unfounded at this time)

right outta the gate im suggesting Stephen Daryl McKee from Vero Beach (3hr drive), DLC August 27 2013. This UID has no PMI so I'm not sure if a ~11 year PMI would be too long. Stephen was a chronic alcohol kicked out of a bar. Known to wear a full set of dentures. Not much else to compare between the two. Facially I think hes good, ignoring the hairstyle, but I think the male pattern baldness was artist's best guess given the age.
