An on the ball mom saw her son had sent naked photos of himeslf to Hammerstone and called the police.

Oh now I really don't like this guy. He traded game credits for naked pictures of the boy. I don't know how XBox works, but they are that important these game credits that a kid would send naked photos of himself? Of course he's a kid being manipulated by a 22 year old.

My nephew explained to me these games you get paid points? Basically he gave the kid money in a way for the naked photographs. Points=Money!

The child involved here is 10 years old.

Apparently he sent 40 naked photographs to creeper.

Here I thought the parent was on the ball. I have no idea how all those electronics work. According to the comments following the article people are placing blame on the parent.

Timothy Hammerstone was convicted in May 2011, however, his offender status shows "released, but subject to registration," so he must already have been released from prison.
