For Every Child CPS Takes She'll Have Another!13 & Counting!

angelmom, I think you're right on. I can't imagine being in LE, CPS or any other career and have to face things like this everyday. I can't imagine what the doctor thinks every time this woman has another baby? I had never looked at anything with eugenics on my mind, but back in my first post, my first reasoning about why these people should stop having children was because of the several disabled children they've had.

It is so sad that these kids will possibly be in the system for their whole lives. Children with special needs have a lesser chance of ever being adopted.

It just does not seem fair that so many women struggle with infertility and these birdbrains just keep popping them out.

I agree with the earlier poster who said it is common for people who have had their children removed to keep having children, for various reasons..none of which are in the best interest of the child who will just be removed.

Is the Sun a reputable news source? I'm unfamiliar with it. TIA

They can't take care of themselves, much less a child. 14 babies later, 13 in state care and one on the way. Oh well, reproductive rights and all that. We don't spay people like pets or the Chinese, so she will keep having babies until mother nature stops the process.

In the opening post Vespa says they're prone to over dramatize. I don't know much about the publication. The article was supported with a timeline and what seemed like facts.

An interesting twist to the story (if this is accurate reporting..I have no idea)

...The decision to go public with their private lives could be a lucrative one for the benefits-dependent couple, who are understood to have signed a deal with one tabloid for exclusive coverage until the birth of their next child...

That gives me a deja-vu of Octomom...JMHO.

I don't know for sure, but my SIL is British and it sounds like the welfare system encourages bottom feeding. (not that I'm exactly bragging about ours, mind you!!!)

Her sister was supposed to get married for the longest time to her live in boyfriend and the father of one of her children, but they couldn't afford it. As a "single mom" she "earned" too much that would disappear once she was married.

YUP! My DH is British as well as my having family & friends there & Ive seen first hand that there is no stigma attached to" benefits"(welfare) in England & it seems like "everybody" is "signed on" & there is no compunction or incentive to get off DESPITE the amazing opportunities (100% free vocational training, free daycare all while you get cash benefits & free housing) that are made available. The teen pregnancy rate is through the roof in England.Wanna know why? Teen girls get free housing.Girls as young as 12 can move out of their parents home into their own council flat & get cash benefits! They also can help the entire family qualify for a BIGGER council house & more money so a young girl "in the family way" can be looked at a GOOD thing to a certain type of family!
The country is going bankrupt, crippled from these "programs" (I wont even go into their immigration problems & the cost of the red carpet thats rolled out for all the "asylum seekers")& with the class system still in place in England theres no end in sight! We think we have problems? Not even close!!

What's truely amazing, is that this is not at all unusual for women who have had children removed from their care. Often times they will become pregnant again for a variety of reasons. It doesn't matter if they've already had their rights terminated or not. Some believe they have a chance with a new child (and sometimes the court gives it to them). Some just leave the baby in the hospital and never try to fight for the child. Sometimes they finally decide to stop having kids, and sometimes they just move to other counties or states to try to "trick" the system.

My friend adopted 6 foster children and before it was even complete the bio mom had another baby. DFCS let her keep this one, I guess until something awful happens.

Anyway, why do you think that so many of the children in the article were born with disabilties. I have never heard of that brain syndrome; is it genetic?

These people need to stop, just stop.
