The really worrying thing is that if he dared to say this aloud -and put it in writing!- it means these backward ideas are already deeply ingrained in his head and he considers his way of thinking/beliefs as normal. Wow, what is wrong with this man?

I don't recall the USOC establishing racial or gender quotas on any of these sports. Qualifications are still based on performance.

The presence of more women and people of all races is due to greater access to participation and training in these sports for all people.
