That stinks, but we are not much better, frankly. How many killers, rapists, pedophiles have walked free in this country after a pitiful amount of years, only to victimize someone else?

I don't think is something where we can easily just say "Those darn French", as much fun as that can be at times. Now if they gave him a free baguette with his light sentence, then we could point fingers, because we do draw the line at bread for killers.
