GUILTY France - Couple jailed after death of Tony, three years old, November 2016

A French couple, the mother and her boyfriend, have recieved jail sentences after the death of three-year-old Tony in November 2016. The cause of death was accidentally revealed during a 911 call, while on hold and the call recorded. The mother told the boyfriend she had told that Tony had fallen down the stairs, when the boyfriend had beaten the little boy. The boyfriend recieved 20 years for hitting the boy, and the mother three years for failing to report the violence.

JMO she should have got a heavier sentence than him. She's heard saying she would clean up the evidence from the "argument". Three years for letting your ***** beat your child and then murder him?
