Ok I was thinking about Frank again and @Nate_Bro i really think you nailed it with this UID..
ok his height is a little off But I wonder if that is his original recorded height and as we know at some point old people tend to shrink and that could of happened to him. On paper he was 6 ft but in reality he was 5’8 I believe this UID is Frank too!!! The clothing and mole pretty much match . It mentions that he was recognizable but wish there was a photo.
