1 800 FREE 411 (1-800-373-3411)
without incurring a charge at all (except for the
minutes required to make the call on a cell.)

I use this a lot and most times it works but sometimes it won't because too many people are using it. It says something like there is no one available to take your call. I usually just call back again and it goes through.
