"Road-Runner" cartoon character on deltoid area of upper right extremity; the deltoid area of the left upper extremity has two tattoos, the more superior of a word 'BUDE,' and a more inferior tattoo of "The Coyote" cartoon character.

The decedent was a pedestrian struck at the intersection of Daniels U.S. 41 south of Cypress Lake Drive in Fort Myers, Florida. He was transferred to a nearby hospital where he died.

The word BUD is between quotation marks so, I'm not that certain the tattoo reads "BUDE" or BUD-E.
The "E" looks like the letter "M" to me. "BUD" M, maybe?

I suspect his nickname was Bud. The lowercase m is probably referencing a personal detail such as a college, a career industry (mechanic?), his home state, a sports team or something to that effect.

He was a pedestrian accident victim, a very large man at 6’ 4” and nearly 300 lbs. If nobody local knew him, I suspect he was a tourist.
