So according to the article above - I've changed my notes:
Sometime this week - April 30th to May 4th:
*Pretrial Detention Hearing (@ ET) FL Pamela Sellers Hutchinson (59) (April 9, 2018) found dead in her apt. and LR took IDs & car - Lois Ann Riess (56) - 4/19/18 taken into custody in South Padre Island, Texas after being on the run since 3/23/18. 4/12/18 Florida charge Riess with 2nd degree murder, grand theft, grand theft auto & criminal use of personal ID. 4/26/18 extradited by to Fla, 4/28/18 booked in jail, 4/29/18 pretrial detention hearing. No bond. Arraignment hearing on 5/29.
MN - 4/25/18 filed 2nd degree murder charges for David Riess (54) (March 21, 2018; found Mar. 23, 2018) Lois Ann Riess (56) suspect accused of shooting husband; warrant for her arrest on 2nd degree murder. Wanted on felony theft charges (3/31/18) re suspicion bank transactions of $11K from DH acct. Will be tried after Florida case.
During her scheduled court appearance Sunday morning (4/29/18), the judge announced Riess will be held without bond until the pre-trial detention hearing, which will be within the next five days.
