Police said the 10-year-old asked the 6-year-old if he wanted to see his car, and the 6-year-old declined.

The 10-year-old then tried to drag the 6-year-old into the vehicle, according to police. The 6-year-old got away and ran home.

Police said the 10-year-old ran to the waiting vehicle, which was occupied by a man and a woman.

Really horrifying! This is my former school district when I was growing up, and it's about as calm and suburban as you can get. Hoping they're able to track down the car and people in it, and if there was something nefarious going on (which it obviously sounds like), I hope the 10 year-old is able to be placed in the home of better caretakers.
