Oh, I've been waiting for this. I get to tick off kbl. LOL I hear what you are saying and normally I would agree with you. However, unless you've experienced what Kgeaux, Jubie, have I have experienced; it's really hard to grasp. I realize that not one of us is describing criminal actions (although mine come close) but they are very real and tremendously upsetting for all involved. Please note that I am NOT jumping to this man's defense. I am merely linking us over to a similar case with some thought-provoking links and info.

I thought we'd had a thread about a similar, very sad, case. I searched and found the one about the Sexsomnia defense which recently occurred in Belgium:
