The victim was shot while walking in the vicinity of Cypress Street and 6th Street.

The picture of him is pretty clear, but this case has absolute no attention

With him found so quickly -- what a shame that they do not have fingerprint or dental information! I wonder if this is a case of records being lost -- or of no one bothering in the first place.
